The studio’s heart is its teachers. Deborah Testa Bennett, the founder, brings over 37 years of experience, with deep roots in Hatha and Surat Shabd Yoga traditions. Other instructors—like Raama Das, Jackie Jerndal, Gary Falcone, Liz Ritolli, and Sarah Blunkosky—offer specialized training in areas from trauma-informed yoga to Ayurveda and prenatal care.

Flexible Pricing to Meet You Where You Are

Whether you're committing to regular practice or stepping in for a single class, Heal Me Yoga has options:

• Drop-in Class – $15 (reduced to $10 for students, seniors, military, teachers, first responders)

• Seed Membership – $50/month: 10 classes + a private session or guest pass

• Service Membership – $45/month: 15 classes + private session or guests, plus workshop and course discounts

• Heart Membership – $75/month: Unlimited classes, private session or guests, deeper workshop and course discounts

• Class passes are also available at $60 (5‑class, 3‑month) or $100 (10‑class, 6‑month).
