MEET THE TEAM

A group of committed wellness professionals

Alana Weathersbee

Facilitator

My teaching approach is centered around slow, steady, and mindful movements, which I believe is a powerful way to go beyond your mind and ego. I love anatomy and alignment, and my true passion lies in creative, exploratory, and meditative movements.

I focus on fostering strength, stability, and mobility. My desire is to help you cultivate a sense of being both grounded and expansive, while also feeling centered and relaxed. When we allow our bodies to express their own stories, we start to peel away the layers of shame and judgment that hinder us. This process helps us release personal narratives that block our ability to experience true joy.

Our belief systems serve as blueprints for our emotions, thoughts, and actions, shaping the reality we experience. It’s not just our minds that have been influenced; our bodies have undergone this transformation as well. Dive deeper into yourself, make room for greater peace and joy in your life. Move beyond your mind and embrace your body. This journey empowers us to love ourselves completely and unconditionally.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to feel isolated, disconnected, and overwhelmed by stress. With compassion and a deep sense of care, I offer a space for you to be truly heard, where you can express what’s on your mind and feel seen. Through deep listening and thoughtful communication, I aim to support you in releasing the tension and heaviness that may be weighing on you.

Based on what you need, I may also introduce somatic therapy techniques, which help to address both the body and mind. By gently soothing the discomfort within, the body can naturally find its way back to balance and its full capacity for healing and regulation. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, calm, and at peace in both body and mind.

You deserve to feel balanced and whole, and I’m here to walk with you on that journey

As a yoga teacher and massage therapist, I am passionate about self-trust, embodiment, and the deep connection between body, mind, and spirit. I believe that healing begins with awareness, and my approach is rooted in meeting yourself exactly where you are—without judgment, only curiosity.

Through intuitive movement and nervous system regulation, I encourage others to honor their sensations, expand self-awareness, and cultivate a sense of trust within themselves. Passionate about anatomy and the wisdom of the body, I am always exploring ways to bring movement, mindfulness, and self-inquiry into harmony. To me, yoga is not just about what happens on the mat—it’s about how we show up for ourselves in each moment, how we listen, and how we grow.

At love light fest, I am excited to be part of a community that values presence, connection, and self-exploration. Whether through movement, conversation, or simply sharing space, I hope to inspire others to embrace the present moment with gratitude and compassion.
