Dragonfly Yoga Studio

Discover Dragonfly Yoga Studio — Fredericksburg’s Heart-Centered Yoga Community

Since opening its doors in 2013, Dragonfly Yoga Studio has blossomed into a beloved yoga home in downtown Fredericksburg—anchored by mindfulness, connection, and expert guidance. With two studios just blocks apart and a reputation for warmth, Dragonfly welcomes yogis of all levels on a shared journey of wellness.

Two Downtown Studios – One Unified Mission

Main Dragonfly Studio

Main Studio — 810 Caroline Street

Offering a variety of non-heated classes including vinyasa flow, restorative, and yin, this welcoming space is ideal for practitioners who prefer a moderate pace. Complimentary water, fresh fruit, and a friendly yoga community await after class.

Hot Yoga Studio

Hot Studio — 501 William Street

Just a short walk from Caroline Street, this dedicated hot yoga studio is perfect for those seeking deeper flexibility and detoxifying heat. Each session concludes with aromatherapy chilled towels to refresh the senses.

Classes Designed for Every Body

Dragonfly’s class programming is thoughtfully tailored to meet practitioners where they are:

  • New to Yoga & Beginner classes provide foundational support.

  • Multi-Level Vinyasa Flow and Stability Yoga build strength and flexibility.

  • Restorative & Yin offer gentle stretches and deep relaxation.

  • Specialty sessions—from therapeutic movement to guided meditation—round out the weekly schedule.

With over 40 classes per week accessible at both studios and virtually, Dragonfly supports growth in all directions.

Community, Quality, and Care

Dragonfly Yoga Studio is woman- and veteran-owned, emphasizing genuine relationships and community impact. Its mission extends far beyond fitness—offering charity classes, yoga outreach, and inclusive space for all.

Teacher Excellence

All instructors are experienced and often hold RYT certifications (200–500 hours), but Dragonfly prioritizes heart and presence over credentials. Teachers receive competitive pay and ongoing training to support their evolution—and yours.

Wellness with Integrity

Dragonfly not only focuses on personal growth but also community wellness. Through the nonprofit Dragonfly Yoga Project and local collaborations, the studio offers free or donation-based sessions to underserved groups, veterans, and seniors.
